Kickoff Your Fourth Quarter Marketing Pt. I

Fourth Quarter…it’s time to make your stand, do or die, win one for the “Gipper,” go big or go home, and most importantly, revisit your business’ fourth quarter playbook and make sure you’re on track to finish the year with a winning record.  

 

First, how did your third quarter finish? Did it under or over perform? Where is your marketing right now, year-to-date, and what does your fourth quarter forecast look like? You know your business better than anyone else and performing an evaluation now could be a real game changer for your end-of-year numbers.

 

Next, go back and comb through your marketing budget. Are there any unspent, uncommitted, or flexible dollars that could be used to strengthen your marketing efforts now through the end of the year? Talk to company leadership to see if additional dollars could be made available. If all else fails, check under your couch cushions for spare change.
