The Customer is Always Right
Upshur Rural was looking to invest more in their customers by providing a website that made it easy to do all things electric. The customer-centric appraoch also called for communicating friendliness and connecting on a community level.
We worked closely with URECC to identify the most important tools and information their patrons would need. The Encore team captured A+ photography to show the real people behind the company.
The new website allows users to easily access outage maps, pay bills, learn how to save money and connect with the community. And all with a smile.
