Encore Multimedia receives Better Business Bureau (BBB) award in recognition of “Gold Star” Customer Service

Encore Multimedia has struck gold again. The Better Business Bureau of East Texas recognized our award winning marketing team for outstanding customer service practices with their highest honor, a Gold Star Award.

This high honor is only awarded to accredited businesses that have had no customer complaints recorded by the BBB in the previous three years.

“Our company philosophy from day one has been to provide good customer service,” said Dean Waskowiak, president of Encore Multimedia. “I know a lot of people say that, but we really strive to fulfill it. Our internal company mantra is ‘business goes where it's wanted, but only stays where it is well cared for.’ Our goal is to create long term mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. That doesn't happen without good customer service.”
