Encore Multimedia produced two light-hearted radio spots to promote Good Shepherd's Emergency Department services during the holiday season.

Reindeer Incident - The first spot features an humorous parody on a classical Christmas carol as a gruff police officer takes an accident report involving a grandmother being run over by a reindeer.

Polar News - In the second spot, Santa’s Workshop is buzzing with the news that St. Nick missed the “Big Ride” because he was stuck in an ER waiting room. The elves all agree that he should have gone to one of Good Shepherd Medical Center’s four ER locations for expert emergency care, fast.
